7° Childbirth Education Class: Understanding cesarean birth

Today we will have our 7th childbirth preparation class. Did you know that 1 in 3 women give birth by cesarean delivery? Even if it’s not what the majority of moms would want, it’s important to be informed about the procedure and how to plan to have a positive birth experience. We will also discuss postpartum recovery and how to initiate breastfeeding after a cesarean birth.
