Childbirth Education Class: Understanding Postpartum

Hi Mamas! 

Tonight will be our last class in this cycle (don’t worry if you have missed some, you can join the next cycle). And I believe its one of the most important classes. We will be discussing postpartum. Usually we focus so much on labor and birth we forget to prepare for the challenges of postpartum. During this class you will learn about all the changes in your body and emotions and how to set yourself up to thrive and not just “survive” the 4th trimester.
